Most wanted questions & answers
How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment at any time, including afternoons and weekends. Book online or give us a call at 123-456.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
We aim to admit you to our clinic as fast as possible, but depending on the amount of other patients waiting, it may take a few days. The quickest appointment we can offer to you is the same-day appointment. We also admit patients during weekends and evenings.
What should I wear to my appointment?
It depends on what kind of activity or appointment you are having. For most appointments or pilates classes we recommend you to wear comfortable sports clothes. Please remember to keep easy access to the treated part e.g. if you have your knee rehabilitation wear shorts instead of tracksuit with long legs.
How many physiotherapy sessions will I need?
The specific number of visits depends on your injury and how advanced your stage is. Every patient is different, so the therapy should be adjusted to their individual needs. Your physio will help you decide how many appointments you will need.
What happens at the first appointment?
During the first appointment your physiotherapist will make a detailed assessment, conduct an interview and lead you through some functional tests to make a proper diagnosis followed by a rehab action plan.
What happens at the follow-up appointment?
During follow-up appointments your physiotherapist will proceed with the therapy suggested at the first appointment.
Will I be expected to do anything in between treatments?
Yes. We provide you with the right exercises to do between visits to ensure your recovery is optimized. You will receive exercises for your particular condition with instructions on how to make them properly. In addition you may also receive tips and pointers from your physio to make some changes e.g. at your workplace or home to avoid injury repetition.
Do I need to be referred for treatment?
You don’t need to be referred for treatment. You can visit us, without previous multiple appointments at public healthcare institutions.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept card payments.
Do you accept insurance?
We accept most private medical insurance companies. You can find the complete list here.
Can you invoice my insurance company directly?

You can read about it more here.
Where can I find a parking spot near your clinic?
Parking is available on the main road and side roads.
How long will I be in the clinic for each session?
Duration of the visits can range from 30 to 90 minutes depending on what kind of therapy and treatment you receive. You can discuss it with your physiotherapist and choose the right option for you.
What type of certification does your staff have?
All of our physiotherapists are licensed and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) specialists. In addition, every member of our team has completed additional courses, internships, training courses and more, all confirmed by multiple certificates.
Do I have to bring anything with me to the appointment?
Besides appropriate clothing (suggestions in answers above) you can bring anything that will help to diagnose the injury e.g. RTG, MRI, CT scan etc. with written reports and documents received during previous treatment and at doctor’s appointments. We provide every possible equipment used at the therapy and to exercise at our clinic.
Will I be given exercises?
Kinesiotherapy is the best way to boost your recovery, so giving you exercises adjusted to your condition will speed up the therapy and prevent injuries from repeating. You will receive exercises for your particular condition with instructions on how to make them properly at the visits.
Can I have a Home Visit?
Yes. We offer Mobile Physiotherapy, as a service available notably in the Greater London area. We also offer Online appointments if you live outside our access range.
